New EMR Update:
We have started using a new web based EMR called Meditouch. It includes a patient portal which can be accessed at https://www.yourhealthfile.com/. We will now be using the portal for all online refill requests. You will need to create an account to be able to access your chart. For us to start the process, we will need to create your account and give you a user name and temporary password. When you are in for your next visit, be sure to give us your current email address and we can print out instructions to help you create your account. The new system should make the process easier since you will be able to see your current medication list as it exists in our system and click on the medications you need refilled. Since you are looking at your current medications, if you see any discrepancies between your list and ours, you should contact the office to clarify the issue. Thanks for trying the new system!
